Research scholars are considered under Academicians and Ph.D. Scholars category.
Terms and Conditions
- At least one author per accepted paper must register and present for inclusion in conference proceedings.
- Camera-ready manuscript may include up to six pages. Up to two extra pages are allowed at additional per-page charge.
- One author registration covers one accepted paper only.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and should be completed before final camera-ready upload.
- IEEE members must provide valid membership details; students must upload valid student ID.
- No-show papers will not be forwarded for IEEE Xplore submission, as per IEEE no-show policy.
Presenter Substitution Policy
In exceptional situations where original authors cannot attend, presentation by a qualified substitute may be permitted with prior approval from the Technical Program Chair. Requests should be submitted on or before 30 June 2027.
